Optimize chemical dosage for water injection plants
We are looking for an AI-driven Advanced Process Control (APC) system designed to automatically optimize chemical injection dosage in Offshore Water Injection Plants.
The technology should combine:
- Real-time plant data (deaerator performance, vacuum pressure, seawater flow rate, dissolved oxygen (DO) levels, dosing tank levels).
- AI-based soft sensors that estimate dissolved oxygen (DO) accurately in real time and compare it to the on site DO Analyzer device.
- Model-based APC algorithms that calculate the optimal chemical dosing setpoints for oxygen scavenger and catalyst chemicals.
